We understand that planning a wedding can be a stressful occasion! Our method has been tried and tested, with hundreds of other couples going on this journey with us. 

We like to divide and conquer. Our dedicated teams for your photo and video ensure the right care and attention goes into your products, while also keeping things streamlined and stress-free. It has the added bonus of making our service a little easier on your pocket!

AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION

Once availability on your date is confirmed, a quote and contract will be sent out for your review. If there were any questions at this stage, a meeting can be arranged!

DEPOSIT PAID

Deposits for all wedding packages are $500, which need to be paid to lock your date in! From there we then book your shooters based on availability.
4-6 Weeks Before Your Wedding Day

PRE-WEDDING MEETING

We then schedule a catch up to discuss your schedule, editing style preferences, let you know who is shooting for you, and answer any questions you might have! 

THE BIG DAY!

This is the part where your memories are captured! Unless added to your package, you will most likely have one photographer and one videographer.
1 Week After Your Wedding Day

EDITING BEGINS

After your wedding, all your footage and photos are given to our two in-house editing teams! If you booked our Photography Package, a quick edit will be done to 10-15 sneak peeks that are delivered within the week.
1-2 Months After Your Wedding Day
1-2 Months After Your Wedding Day

FIRST ROUND SENT OUT

Around 1-2 months after your wedding, the first round of final products will be sent to you! From here you can make your one round of changes to either your highlight or album.

ANY CHANGES ARE MADE

The changes will go back to our editing teams to implement. Changes are done on a first come, first served basis.

FINAL PRODUCTS SENT OUT

After changes are made, an updated preview will be sent back to you for final approval. After that, if you have an album or USB, printing can commence and/or USBs are sent out!
