It may have been a while since you heard from us at Good Moments; we know it has been a big year for everyone and we have been busy keeping things moving along at the studio as best we can… phew!
We have been lucky enough to have weathered the COVID-19 storm that swept through Australia and the world at the start of this year, and whilst we’re still adjusting to the “new normal” of widespread restrictions, we’re so grateful to have been able to shoot some wonderful weddings this year – now more than ever we need to celebrate love, family, and togetherness. Our dedicated team of photographers and videographers has expanded this year – we now shoot weddings all around Australia (yay!). Our flexible approach has meant that we’ve been able to capture gorgeous ceremonies from almost anywhere you can think of, and it has been a blessing to share this time with our couples, and offer a few rays of sunshine in an otherwise gloomy setting!
We have catered for small weddings, rescheduled weddings, intimate ceremony-only weddings, we have even done live-stream weddings so that guests can be present from the safety of their own homes. It’s a strange time to get married but we have been so fortunate to be able to rise to the occasion and give our couples beautiful and memorable weddings to look back on with joy.
For those couples who have had to reschedule their day, we have been as supportive as possible by honouring deposits and quoted prices – customer service and satisfaction is our passion and we’re not going to let a global pandemic change that! Our customer support team works closely with our couples to ensure that there is plenty of clear and easy communication; it’s important to maintain an open dialogue when things get tricky. At the end of the day, we want to be here for you and work out a solution that works best for everyone.
We’re so thankful to witness true love stories in uncertain times like these, and we’ve never lost hope that these events are possible. Connection, affection, and celebration has never been more important! Don’t give up on your dream wedding, and remember that we’re here for you to make those dreams come true!
